Closing the Deal

Working in sales is tough. ‘Pag puro ‘No’ na lang ang naririnig natin from potential customers, medyo disheartening. Pero you have to be strong and keep trying to be better. Here are tips to improve your game and make that successful sale.

Look Presentable

In sales, first impressions are everything. Kailangan unang tingin pa lang sa’yo, mukha kang professional and put-together. Dapat neutral lang ang make-up at walang gusot ang damit. For your hair naman, use HANA Soft and Smooth shampoo and conditioner. Para no matter what time your sales pitch is, yung buhok mo effortlessly manageable at fragrant all day. Now you’ll definitely leave a lasting impression.

Be Charming

Without customers, walang bibili ng product mo. Kaya dapat you need to form a connection with them. The first step is to be charming. Kailangan hindi nila ma-feel na benta lang ang habol mo. Listen to their needs and show them concern para mastrengthen din yung relationship niyo. Magiging mas positive ang experience ng customer mo at ma-i-increase ang chance to close a deal.

Know Your Product

‘Pag salesperson ka, you need to know everything about what you’re selling. Hindi nakakatulong sa customer mo ‘pag hindi mo nasagot yung tanong niya about the product. Dahil dito, baka i-consider pa na lang nila yung competitor mo or worse, just walk away. Sayang benta ‘di ba? Kaya it really pays to know your product para talagang may fighting chance to make a sale.

Believe in the Product

You may know your product well enough pero kailangan na you believe in it too. ‘Pag passionate ka kasi about what you’re selling, mas madaling i-convince yung customers na kailangan nila yung product mo and that they’ll really benefit from it. Mapapansin mo na nahahawa na yung customer sa enthusiasm mo and before you know it, nakabenta ka na pala!

Be Persistent

ABC or Always Be Closing is a mantra every salesperson must have. Dapat palaging nasa mindset mo is to sell, whatever it takes. Be persistent kahit na faced ka with negativity but remember ‘wag masyadong maging rude or too pushy. Try to be creative when closing a deal kasi malay mo a different angle will lead to sales.
